TIP OF THE MONTH BY ELECTRO POLISH SYSTEMS, INC Water Too much water in the electropolish bath will cause pitting on the parts to be polished. These pits will be somewhat dull and fishtail shaped. Too much water will also be hard on copper racks and rack clips. They will tend to electropolish and erode much faster than otherwise.
